The North Carolina-based company said the additions to its portfolio will help it deliver cost-effective services for companies that support and deliver storage, monitoring, hosting and disaster recovery solutions. Peak 10 said the services help organizations reduce overall IT management costs while improving performance and reliability.

"By leveraging Peak 10's operational efficiencies, geographical diversity, world-class infrastructure and technical expertise, organizations are able to significantly reduce costs and increase efficiency by focusing their IT resources on building their business not supporting it," says David Jones, president and chief executive officer of Peak 10. "This demonstrates Peak 10's ability to extend services to meet customer needs through our proven technical and operational expertise."

Peak 10 expects the expanded portfolio to help it position itself in the small and medium-sized business market, a segment Peak 10 says is experiencing growing demand for managed services.

The company operates four data center facilities in Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa and Jacksonville.
