(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — The lone keynote presentation on the final day of Parallels Summit was delivered by Jack Weixel, head of service provider markets at Google.
Weixel discussed the importance of addressing the concerns and challenges of cloud technology from a consumer’s perspective.
He says that “technological shifts are driven by efforts to innovate in order to address emerging challenges and evolving personal behavior.”
He talked about how businesses ought to offer solutions designed for a team dynamic versus the individual, emphasizing the need for solutions to team collaboration.
The ability to integrate and leverage partnerships with other leading solutions, such as SalesForce and Google, to provide greater value for consumers should also be taken into account, Weixel says.
