July 27, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — PAETEC (paetec.com) announced on Wednesday that it is offering data backup and recovery, dedicated servers and Web hosting platforms.
The PAETEC data backup and recovery product provides businesses with a secure, automated off-site server backup, which copies data to two data centers over a customer’s Internet connection, says the company.
The dedicated servers are housed in a PAETEC owned and operated data center with generator and battery-backed power, network access and power grids and around-the-clock monitoring and staffing. Web hosting packages include disk space, data transfer, domain name and email and Webmail capabilities, says the company.
The solutions also can include PAETEC’s MPLS VPN, SIP trunk and network firewall services.
