San Mateo-based NetSuite developed the Oracle Small Business Suite, a solution that combines customer-facing CRM and Web capabilities with back-office accounting capabilities in a single, integrated solution.

According to NetSuite, Oracle Small Business Suite allows online retailers to create database-driven e-commerce Web sites that automatically integrate all key business operations in a single, integrated system. This includes transaction processing, customer relationship management, order fulfillment, inventory, finance and product assembly, e-commerce and Web site management, and employee productivity.

“Oracle Small Business Suite enables companies to build, host and manage Web stores that rival Amazon.com in terms of end-to-end functionality,” said Baruch Goldwasser, Web store product manager for NetSuite. “Our real-time integration with accounting and inventory management, as well as customer service features that increase loyalty while reducing support costs, help make a 10-person company look like a 1000-person corporation.”
