(opsource.net), a provider of next-generation outsourced IT infrastructure services, has acquired the PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne application management division of Fortrust Solutions, a Denver-based colocation solutions provider, and has established an operations center in Denver.

OpSource now offers enterprise application hosting services, including application monitoring, security, systems administration and disaster recovery, for Fortrust customers who have purchased PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne ERP, CRM, business intelligence, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management applications.

Ensuring a smooth transition, members of the Fortrust Solutions Application Management team, including Director of Security and Application Services, Tom Newman, will join the OpSource team.
