OpenSRS Launches Promotional Offers for Resellers

OpenSRS says it will partner with additional vendors in the near future to offer more deals

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Wholesale domain provider OpenSRS (www.opensrs.com) announced on Thursday afternoon the launch of OpenSRS Offers, its new service for resellers to share promotional offers with customers.

According to a post on the OpenSRS blog, these offers will help its resellers differentiate themselves from the competition and were designed to be used either as incentives for new customers or rewards for existing customers.

OpenSRS resellers can now offer Google AdWords credits to customers in the US and Canada at no cost. OpenSRS will provide its resellers with AdWords credit values of up to $100.

Managed through the Control Panel or API, credits are available in tiered amounts of $25, $50, $75 and $100.

In its blog post, OpenSRS offers several suggestions to resellers on how to use the tiers. For example, it says the smaller credit can be included in a starter package, or resellers can use credits as an incentive to upgrade to a larger hosting package. For resellers whose service is a one-time payment, OpenSRS suggests including a $100 credit as a value-added bonus.

OpenSRS will expand its offers in the next few months by establishing relationships with additional vendors.

As with its other reseller offerings, OpenSRS provides marketing advice and documentation for Google AdWords.

Recently, OpenSRS released two new security services for its resellers including SiteLock’s website scanning product, and TRUSTe Privacy Policy.
