February 22, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRYREVIEW) — The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission recentlyselected IT process automation software developer Optinuity (optinuity.com) to help cut costs and reduce staff, reports say.
Founded in October of last year,Optinutity officially launched its services this January. Optinuitydevelops workflow automation systems that automate data center taskssuch as log scanning, server management, patching and others.
The technology reportedly enabled theOklahoma Employment Security Commission to cut four employees out of astaff of 55 and re-deploy others. Michael Evans, chief informationofficer for OESC, added that operator error was reduced and otherefficiencies were realized with the deployment of Optinuity’ssolutions.
