NTT Europe Online Helps CentraStage Takes Its Remote Support Platform Into the Cloud

Relied upon by a wide range of IT support companies, managed service providers and major organisations, CentraStage’s device management platform provides simplifies IT support, enabling IT support teams to monitor and manage multiple remote computers over any network, bringing visibility and control to the service provider via a single web-based management console.

According to NTT Europe Online’s Wednesday announcement, its virtualized hosting solution gives CentraStage a reliable and faster platform from which clients can access its web-based remote management platform. As usage of the multi-tenancy platform grows, CentraStage is able to quickly and easily increase server resources via NTT’s online management portal. For customers with additional security and compliance considerations, CentraStage offers dedicated ‘private cloud’ solutions using NTT Europe Online’s flexible virtualization capabilities.

CentraStage’s decision to offer its platform via the cloud has ensured its services are available to a wider range of clients, both in terms of the size of end-users and geographic location; attracting customers across the globe with a growing number of ICT support companies signing up to use its services from the US, and even New Zealand.

Initially hitting the US market in November 2008, the new partnership between the two companies merges OpSource Application Operations with NTT Europe Online’ s secure managed hosting and NTT’s Tier 1 global IP network.
