NTT America Launches IP Partner Program

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) –  IP network services provider NTT America (www.nttamerica.com) announced last week at the Spring 2009 Channel Partners Conference & Expo (www.channelpartnersconference.com) in Las Vegas it has launched the company’s new Global IP Network Solution Partners Program.

Internet exchange services provider Switch and Data announced in January that NTT America has expanded across Switch and Data’s colocation facilities in Atlanta, Dallas, New York, Seattle, and Palo Alto, California.

NTT America’s GIN Solution Partners Program is a channel neutral program that enables qualified referral partners, agents and value added resellers to sell NTT America’s entire suite of domestic and international IP and data solutions including Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and 10 GigE.

Since the program is channel neutral, the company’s GIN direct sales team and the channel team collaborate together to win new customers.

The integration of channels prevents program participants from channel conflict and allows for new sales opportunities.

“At the end of the day, our program is unique because we actually help the agent build their business,” says Rod Krzywicki, GIN regional sales vice president of NTT America. “They sell with us, not for us. So, not only are agents avoiding direct competition with us (channel neutrality), they have the NTT America direct sales team there to help them get the customer sold.”

Participants of NTT America’s GIN Solutions Partners Program are given access to sales training, on-line portals, compensations, competitive pricing, and technical support.

Those individuals who qualify may choose the solutions partners program that best fits their business, selecting from the Referral Program, where they will receive a one-time commission on the monthly recurring revenue; the Agent Program, where they get monthly commissions on the monthly recurring revenue of a closed opportunity; or the Reseller Program, where they will receive a discounted static pricing book.

As the US subsidiary of NTT Communications, NTT America provides enterprise hosting, managed network, and IP networking services for enterprise customers and service providers worldwide.
