Novara.ie Receives RIPE Accreditation

April 29, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Novara.ie (novara.ie) announced on Friday that it had received accreditation from RIPE NCC (ripe.net), the European Internet registry that supplies and administers the infrastructure of IP addresses in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia. Novara has been accepted as a candidate member for six months.

Eoin Costello, manager director for Novara.ie says the accreditation enables the company to control its own IP space, improving flexibility and redundancy for its customers. The company previously relied on its data centers for IP address allocations.

“Novara.ie is one of only a small number of Irish providers to have this accreditation,” says Costello. “Taken with our membership of the ISP Association of Ireland, this is another factor behind making Novara.ie the natural choice for quality hosting solutions for Irish corporates.”
