May 17, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — E-learning solutions developer Northland Systems Training Inc. (NorthlandELearning.com) announced on Thursday that it has signed an agreement with Canadian Internet communications company, and part of Bell Canada Enterprises, Bell Nexxia (Bell.ca).

According to the agreement, Northland will contribute its expertise in developing e-learning content to assist Bell Nexxia customers.

Bell Nexxia says it works to provide its customers with inclusive e-learning solutions. The agreement with Northland will allow the company to offer its customers the ability to drive their content online more quickly, avoiding the costs involved in acquiring e-learning software tools, developing methodologies and hiring course developers, instructional designers, graphics artists and multimedia experts.

According to Bell Nexxia, it selected Northland because of its strong methodology and delivery capability, including content development, authoring, hosting and live e-learner support.
