(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Canadian technical support provider Nexus IT (www.nexusit.ca) announced on Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of Web hosting provider, Adams Consulting, Inc. (www.adacon.com) for an undisclosed buyer.
Nexus IT provides technical computer and network support to SMBs, as well as Web design, disaster recovery and server maintenance services.
Althought the financial terms were not disclosed, Nexus IT said that the assets acquired from ACI include reseller accounts, hosting servers and its customer base.
“This acquisition brings a roster of great clients onto our fold and allows (our company) to grow our Web services division quickly,” says Abdi Ismail, president and CEO of Nexus IT. “Adams Consulting clients will also be able to enjoy more services, expanded space, dedicated servers, and a vast number of Web hosting options.”
In addition to shared and ecommerce Web hosting, ACI provides consulting and Web design services.
