The number of paid Web sites hosted by Network Commerce, says the company, rose by more than 60 percent to over 7,500 customers since October 2001.

Network Commerce says its Web hosting services include five affordably priced packages, beginning at $19.95 per month. The packages differ by storage space, data transfer volume, e-mail services and database services.

“Our latest growth in hosting customers is good evidence that Internet hosting services and e-commerce are bouncing back,” says Dwayne Walker, chairman and chief executive officer. “Our success is directly tied to great employees who develop compelling products and provide great customer service for our hosting customers, all at very competitive price points.”

In order to make its Web hosting services more appealing to existing and new customers, Network Commerce says it has introduced two incentive packages, offering customers one free domain registration when purchasing a Web hosting package at the same time, and offering customers a free US Savings Bond with a value of up to $200, depending on the quarterly or annual packages purchased.

Network Commerce says its ability to retain and attract Web hosting clients is a demonstration that it can compete effectively against other Internet hosting companies. The company says it will contine to enhance eHost.com and related sites with competitive and compelling domain registration and Web hosting offerings.
