Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.

August 27, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Network Solutions (networksolutions.com), a provider of domain names, announced today it is accepting pre-orders for its new Next Registration Rights service, a service that automatically obtains the registration for a currently registered .com or .net domain name if it is not renewed during the subscription period.

The company said the service is the first of its kind and is scheduled to 'go live' in October 2003.

"Our customers need a reliable way to backorder domain names," said John Donoghue, executive vice-president of Network Solutions. "Next Registration Rights makes it easier and more efficient for our customers to obtain a currently registered domain name. We are excited to offer customers an early opportunity to submit pre-orders for the domain names they want before the service goes live."

Once the service goes live, only one individual or organization can receive a Next Registration Rights subscription for a currently registered domain name.

One-year subscriptions for Next Registration Rights cost $39 per year.

Network Solutions is currently offering pre-orders because of the rush it anticipates will take place once the services goes live.
