NeoSpire to Unveil New PCI Resource Center

Short for Report on Compliance, or "RoC," NeoSpire has launched a new marketing campaign, "Get Your RoC On," to promote the NeoSpire PCI Resource Center.

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Giving companies direction on how to best protect Payment Card Industry data from hackers and identity theft, managed hosting provider NeoSpire (www.neospire.com) will unveil its newest offering, the NeoSpire PCI Resource Center, at OpenSource World in San Francisco August 12 and 13.

According to its Wednesday announcement, the NeoSpire PCI Resource Center features include PCI consulting services, firewalls, separate web and database servers, file monitoring, log archives, daily security reviews, two-factor authentication, and penetration testing.

NeoSpire said most companies simply provide PCI compliance tools, whereas, NeoSpire takes a “hands-on approach” that makes it “unique in the hosting industry.” To ensure compliance and answer any questions along the way, NeoSpire takes a partnering approach, guiding clients through the entire process, including the audit.

Based on the initials “RoC,” short for Report on Compliance (a third-party assessment that proves a company has passed all PCI requirements), NeoSpire has launched a new marketing campaign, “Get Your RoC On,” to promote the NeoSpire PCI Resource Center.

In keeping with the “RoC Star” theme, NeoSpire will be passing out temporary tattoos along with other giveaways at OpenSource World.

“PCI compliance has been seen as an intimidating process, but NeoSpire wants to show that it doesn’t have to be that way,” marketing and PR director said in a statement. “Those who visit us at Booth 625, can get more information about the NeoSpire PCI Resource Center, pick up a tattoo, and sign up for the chance to win a Dell Mini.”
