NeoSpire Hosts Non-Profit Heroes for Children Site

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider NeoSpire (www.neospire.net) announced on Wednesday it is providing web hosting services to non-profit organization Heroes for Children (www.heroesforchildren.com).

Texas-based Heroes for Children provides financial and social support to families of children fighting cancer.

The organization raises money and donates it directly to the families that are struggling financially as the result of lost wages, medical or household bills, or the cost of funerals for their children, ages 0 to 22, who have lost their battle with cancer.

Heroes for Children had previously hosted its website with another hosting provider, but the non-profit says that unreliable service and a series of power outages led the organization to seek out NeoSpire’s services.

In the last five years, Heroes for Children has raised over $2 million dollars for more than 2,000 Texan families and spends $30,000 each month on direct financial assistance.

“With the combined strength of this charitable organization and NeoSpire technology, I’m confident Heroes for Children will achieve greater success with their events and better serve their mission,” says Mitch Gervis, NeoSpire president and CEO. “Offering our services to Heroes for Children is one small way for us to help an organization we really believe in.”

NeoSpire was showcased in a recent case study performed by Dell, focusing on how the web host maintains growth despite the global economic recession.
