According to NEDS, the data backup process was developed for small and medium-sized businesses, which don’t have the need for enterprise-level data protection, but still need affordable and efficient ways to backup their data.

“NEDS Site-Safe proprietary process was developed and designed to specifically meet the data storage and recovery needs of small to medium sized businesses,” says Craig Valentine Brenner, CEO of NEDS. “It allows them to concentrate on their core business without the cost or responsibility of managing an internal data protection infrastructure, while leveraging key data protection fundamentals of large corporations.”

Site-Safe process, the company says, serves single or multiple remote office local area networks. After the initialization process, data is encrypted and then automatically and continuously backed up to a secure on-site data locker where it is available for recovery. NEDS Double-Back then moves the data to a secure NEDS data center facility, where it is protected and available for restoration at any time. Site-Safe is monitored around the clock by NEDS staff.
