NaviSite Releases New Customer Portal

 

August 31, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed application hosting provider NaviSite (navisite.com) announced on Wednesday that it had launched NaviView, a new version of its customer care portal.

 

The company says NaviView gives customers greater management and control over their hosted solutions. The portal was developed using feedback from customers.

 

NaviView features an e-billing module, an enhanced interface, customer collaboration functions, customer report creation and monitoring agent parameter information.

 

“NaviView is the result of extensive collaboration internally and with our customer base,” says Arthur Becker, CEO of NaviSite. “Customer service has always been our number one priority, and with this new portal, we can offer our customers the kind of control, functionality and the level of service they have come to expect from NaviSite.”
