NaviSite Appoints New Board Member

Evans was also appointed to the company?s audit committee, filling the position left vacant the by resignation of Kenneth MacAlpine on July 25, 2003.

Evans previously served as chairman of the board and CEO for Official Payments, an online payment service for government taxes and fees. Prior to Official Payments, Evans was president and CEO of GeoCities, Inc., which was acquired by Yahoo!
