MX Logic Appoints Laurie Priddy as COO

Prior to joining MX Logic, Priddy was executive vice president and general manager for Critical Path, a provider of messaging and identity management solutions for service providers. Before Critical Path, Priddy was executive vice president of operations for Web hosting provider Exodus Communications, where she managed 44 Internet data centers.
