(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – International association of managed service providers MSPAlliance (www.mspalliance.com) announced on Wednesday that it has introduced the MSPAlliance Masters Class for cloud and managed service providers.

According to the press release, this educational program informs members of the MSP community about processes and procedures from various business models, operating metrics and standards. The class includes MSPAlliance’s Certified Managed Services Professional exam, green IT certification, United Certification Standard for Cloud and Manged Service Providers and Managed Services Institute.

“Through combining the major components of each of the MSPA’s certification and accreditation programs, we have created a comprehensive, step-by-step, how-to roadmap for building, operating and growing a successful managed services and cloud practice,” MSPAlliance co-founder and CEO, Charles Weaver said in a statement.

The course is designed to be available directly to service provider companies or to technology enabling vendors that want to help their MSP partners improve. According to its website, the program is delivered at the company premise.

Successful completion of the course gives individuals several certifications and involves a how-to program for businesses to operate. The course gives access to the MSI, a library of research materials, and credentials to apply for the UCS audit to start the process of becoming an MSPAlliance certified and audited company.
