According to Modwest, the page, located at http://status.modwest.com, is updated automatically every five minutes with daily, weekly and monthly data.

“Our service reliability has been historically excellent, and we’ve been eager to publish the specific metrics,” said John Masterson, vice president and co-founder of Modwest. “In an industry littered with unsubstantiated claims of 99.9 percent uptime, we believe our customers will appreciate having access to Modwest’s actual service reliability data.”

The company said the new Web site is hosted in a facility separate from Modwest’s core infrastructure to ensure maximum availability.
