Microsoft Office, up to and including the most recent

release of Office XP. To coincide with the launch of

The Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) Program is

the only official Microsoft certified examination
r
program on their Office suite of desktop applications.

Currently 300,000 Microsoft Office User Specialists

For the Microsoft Office 97 certificate, candidates

must already hold MOUS certificates in Microsoft Word
r
97 Expert, Microsoft Excel 97 Expert, Microsoft Access
r
97 Expert, and Microsoft PowerPoint 97 Expert. For the
r
Microsoft Office 2000 Certificate, candidates must
r
hold MOUS certificates in Microsoft Word 2000 Expert,
r
Microsoft Excel 2000 Expert, Microsoft Access 2000,
r
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 and Microsoft Outlook 2000.

Applicants must also be able to demonstrate
r
instructional experience holding a diploma or
r
transcript indicating that you have satisfied the
r
requirements for a college degree in one or more
r
fields of educational study; or written verification
r
from your current and /or past employer on such
r
employer’s letterhead that you have a total of two or
r
more years of employment experience delivering
r
competent training on Microsoft Office desktop
r
applications; or a certificate indicating that you
r
have successfully completed a Microsoft approved
r
presentation skills or Train-the Trainer course; or an
r
instructor completion certificate from any of the
r
following vendors: Caldera, Certified Internet
r
Webmaster, Cisco Systems, Citrix, Lotus, Microsoft,
r
Novell, Oracle or Santa Cruz Operation, Inc.
