December 7, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — UK dedicated hosting provider Memset (memset.com) announced on Friday that it was voted as the ‘UK’s Best Web Host’ in the annual PC Pro Service and Reliability Awards 2007 (pcpro.co.uk/awards2007/) held on December at the Science Museum in South Kensington, London. This marks the second year in a row that Memset has won this award, scoring the top rating of six in the categories of customer support, reliability and value for money. The results also revealed that nearly all of Memset’s customers would recommend them to others. The PC Pro Awards, which encompasses 12 categories of PC-related hardware, software and services, were based on a user survey of more than 20,000 individuals. By asking readers about their experiences, PC Pro determined the winners in each category based on the feedback derived from the range of different questions. ”We are truly delighted to have won this award two years in a row,” says Kate Craig-Wood, managing director of Memset. “It’s a fantastic testament that our customers think so highly of our service and we are grateful for their continued business.”
