July 11, 2002 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web server platform developer Zeus Technology Ltd. (Zeus.com) announced on Wednesday that it has formed a strategic alliance with software developer MediaSolv Inc. (MediaSolv.com), whose product line includes messaging and groupware, product management and collaboration, portal building blocks and remote server management.

Dedicated to developing Unix-based Web applications, MediaSolv?s partnership with Zeus will allow it to offer the Zeus Web Server as part of its customer solution.

"If you're in the Internet software business," says MediaSolv CEO Vasee Nesiah, "uptime and scalability are taken for granted and not goals to pursue. We wanted our products' robust architecture to be complemented by a web server that brings the same sense of security and robustness to the table and we are glad that Zeus is able to do just that."

Zeus says customers are increasing expecting access to a secure and reliable traffic management system.
