MARC USA Picks Inflow-Pittsburgh

November 23, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — The Pittsburgh division of Web hosting and colocation provider Inflow (inflow.com) announced on Monday that it has added MARC USA, a marketing communications firm, as a new customer. Under the newly established contract, Inflow will provide hosting and managed services in support of MARC USA’s Microsoft Exchange application.

“Inflow has expanded its product suite to include managed services, so we can effectively help our customers monitor and manage their complex application environments,” says Glenn Boland, general manager for Inflow-Pittsburgh. “Our ISO-certified quality management system, detailed processes and commitment to quality help create a level of reliability that customers like MARC USA demand. We look forward to helping more Pittsburgh area customers achieve the same level of superior performance.”

According to the company, MARC USA chose Inflow because of its managed services expertise and ability to meet its high availability demands. MARC USA will be moving into the Inflow-Pittsburgh facility by the end of the year.

“We needed a vendor who could truly provide the highest levels of performance and redundancy to support our requirements, and we wanted support with a local touch since our IT organization is based in Pittsburgh,” says Debbie Pratt, chief information officer for MARC USA. “We found Inflow’s services to be above par and we also liked the fact that they had business continuance capabilities that we could leverage in the event of a disaster.”
