(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Eleven senior consultant Alexis Machnik and Variomedia CEO Marten Lehmann delivered their presentation, “Key trends in offering managed email security services”.
The session looked at the range of different email security solutions that are currently offered by hosting providers.
Using the detailed case study of Variomedia, Lehmann walked through the process of finding a new email security solution after the ISP’s customers became unsatisfied with their junk folders being overflowed with mail.
As Lehmann explained, once it deployed eleven’s email security service Variomedia was able to improve its spam detection, ensured there were no false positive, high acceptance level by customers, and no delays.
Machnik said eleven’s email security solution offers the benefits of increased customer satisfaction, no loss of important emails, cost reduction, reduced administrative effort, future-proof technology, and increased security.
