MSN Spaces is a free blog hosting service launched last year. Analysts say the simple sign-up process and MSN’s validation system make it extremely attractive for spammers and hackers.
Several reports in recent months point to this growing trend. Yahoo!’s (yahoo.com) free Web hosting service has been a popular malicious content hosting locale and other free Web space services have reported increases in the number of sites engaged in this practice.
