Lunarpages Adds Customer Service Solution

September 5, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Subjex Corporation (subjex.com) said yesterday that California-based Web hosting provider Lunarpages (lunarpages.com), a division of Add2Net Corporation, has expanded its service offerings to include its SubjexCSR (customer service representative) dialogue platform.

SubjexCSR automates the functions of a live customer service operator by interacting with users through a textual dialogue conversation.
