June 15, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Lunar Pages (lunarpages.com) announced on Monday that it has increased its telephone support hours to seven days a week, adding service on Saturdays and Sundays. Lunar Pages said telephone support is now available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with all times on Pacific Standard Time. Email support will continue to be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
The company, with over 50,000 members, said that increasing telephone support hours is a way for Lunar Pages to maintain its commitment to customers. The added supports hours were made permanent after three weeks of experimenting that the company said was extremely successful and popular with its customers.
