(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Registrar software and consulting provider LogicBoxes (www.logicboxes.com) has revamped its reseller email hosting, which will be served off a brand new platform and feature unlimited accounts of 1GB storage each for the reduced price of 35 cents per month.
The new “Ultimate Email” pack is equipped with industry-level features and a compelling price, providing partners “a competitive edge in the cut-throat personalized email market,” according to LogicBoxes’ Wednesday announcement.
The revamped email product is deployed on the new platform called “Mail.PW,” which boasts greater performance, redundancy, uptime and scalability.
“In today’s market scenario, it is essential for registrars to offer a full-suite of products,” LogicBoxes chief executive officer and founder Bhavin Turakhia said in a statement. “The ‘Ultimate E-mail’ Pack will allow registrars and resellers alike to boost profitability and increase customer stickiness without any corresponding CAPEX and OPEX.”
Turakhia also hinted that LogicBoxes will soon be launching a white labeled helpdesk to let partners seamlessly outsource their technical support. “This will enable our clients to focus resources on brand building, marketing and customer acquisition whilst we take care of technology and support” he said.
LogicBoxes’ comprehensive provisioning and management platform offers various web products and services such as domain registration, Windows/Linux web hosting, email hosting and Secure Sockets Layer certificates. LogicBoxes also recently launched its free DNS service and it expects to release other products such as a website builder and chat functionality shortly.
Earlier this year, LogicBoxes gave its registrar partners access to its “Domain Deletion Report” service, which helps registrars effectively monitor and tackle “Add Grace Abuse” in compliance with ICANN’s new policy to stop individuals from exploiting the domain tasting period.
