(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Registrar software and consulting company LogicBoxes (www.logicboxes.com) announced on Wednesday that it has introduced a Domain Deletion Report for all registrars on the LogicBoxes platform, which will help registrars effectively monitor and tackle Add Grace Abuse in compliance with ICANN (www.icann.org) policy.
Following its June 2008 meeting in Paris, the ICANN Board resolved to adopt the GNSO recommendation on domain tasting.
The AGP Limits Policy policy potentially hinders domain name tasting by preventing domain registrars from receiving refunds on either up to 50 domains or 10 percent of their new registrations in a given month, whichever is greater.
All domain registries are expected to enforce this policy by March 31.
The LogicBoxes Domain Deletion Report will provide comprehensive information that will help protect registrars from potential loss making transactions by closely monitoring their deletion ratios on a monthly basis for each gTLD.

This marks the latest in a series of implementations by LogicBoxes towards providing registrars with tools and services that incorporate ICANN and registry compliance processes.
