November 25, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — LogicBoxes (logicboxes.com), a software and consulting company specializing in solutions for registrars and Web hosting companies, announced on Wednesday it has improved the bulk registration feature on its domain registrar automation product OrderBox v4.2. LogicBoxes says OrderBox is the only complete registrar automation suite in the market and currently powers over 20 ICANN accredited domain registrars.
Bulk registration allows customers to register thousands of domain names at once through its vertically and horizontally scalable queuing process. Since the process is asynchronous and works in the background, and sends out a mail with a detailed registration status report upon completion of the registration process.
Registrars and resellers can queue up domains for registration for their customers. Once its completed, customers can manage the domain names from their control panels. OrderBox allows a registrar to be up and running within a week.
