January 18, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Layered Technologies (layeredtech.com) announced on Tuesday it will be holding its second annual hosting summit LT PACT 2007 from June 20 to 22 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Layered Technologies says its event will provide information from the streets that is credible, will advise attendees on what others in hosting won’t tell them and will provide a guide or what to expect in the industry’s future.
Some of the sessions that will be covered in the event include “Understanding Grid Computing and the Utility Hosting Model,” “Driving Revenue with Disaster Recovery Services and Data Backup,” “Mitigating Top Security Threats in 2007,” and “Blogging and the Marketing Potential.”
“Other hosting industry events are characterized as ‘the largest gathering of hosted services professionals in the world,’ which would make LT PACT the second largest, but LT PACT will definitely be the best in learning, in networking and in fun,” says Chris Murphy, director of sales for Layered Technologies.
