October 18, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Arsenal Digital Solutions (arsenaldigital.com), a provider of storage management services for Web hosting and network service providers, announced on Monday that it has established a partnership with KVH Telecom (kvh.co.jp), a Japanese IT management service provider, which will allow KVH to offer Arsenal’s storage management services over its network.

KVH is offering Arsenal’s ViaBack, a data backup and restore service that provides tape-based data protection for Web hosting service providers on a utility service basis. Arsenal is also providing KVH with ViaStor, a storage area network service and ViaRemote, a disk-based backup and restore service.
