Keynote Updates Transaction Perspective

January 19, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web performance monitoring firm Keynote Systems (keynote.com) announced on Tuesday that it has releasedTransaction Perspective 5.7, a new version of its service for measuring the speed and reliability of Web-based transactions. The update fully supports most non-Latin based alphabets, allowing enterprises to measure and target their critical, online business processes in the local markets using the local languages.

Keynote says customers of its Transaction Perspective service will have access to high fidelity Web performance measurements to maintain their brand image in most foreign alphabets and enhance online customer experience interaction with their sites.

Transaction Perspective, says the company, enables customers to formulate foreign character URLs and validate the content of their Web sites in non-Latin based languages. Additionally, Keynote is offering a special “two measurements for the price of one” discount for customers who initiate new international transaction measurements using non-Latin alphabets from now until June 30, 2005.
