November 4, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Internet performance measurement authority Keynote Systems (keynote.com) announced on Thursday that it had named Jeff Kraatz vice president and managing director for the Asia-pacific region.
Kraatz will oversee sales, operations and professional services, including Keynote’s service level management, customer experience management solutions and competitive intelligence studies. He will report to Patrick Quirk, executive vice president of worldwide customer operations at Keynote.
“Keynote has made a significant investment in its measurement infrastructure in Asia because of the strong demand from its base of global customers who represent over 70 percent of the world’s top Web sites and over 50 percent of the Fortune 100 companies,” says Quirk. “We see our Asia Pacific business growing to become a significant part of Keynote in the next few years.”
Prior to joining Keynote, Kraatz held management positions at Lucent, Octel Communications and Sprint.
