Keynote Launches Web Performance User Forum

March 5, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web performance measurement, management and testing services provider Keynote Systems (Keynote.com) announced on Tuesday that it has launched a new online community to serve IT and e-business professionals concerned with improving the performance of online businesses and transactions.

The Keynote User Group (Forum.Keynote.com), says Keynote, was created as an open Internet forum for the sharing of knowledge among technology professionals with in interest in Web performance. The online forum allows Keynote experts to distribute business and technical tips and ideas for using Keynote Web measurement data.

The Keynote User Group is divided into two sections. One is designed as an open forum for users to ask questions and share information on a range of Web performance-related topics, including Web site load testing, Web measurement, managing service level agreements, assessing Web statistics, alarms, Web content management and Web user experience testing. The other section is dedicated to supporting Keynote data users, providing techniques and best practices for applying data from Keynote services.
