Kanoodle Appoints Chief Information Officer

November 21, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Kanoodle.com (kanoodle.com), a pay-per-click search engine, said this week that it has named Dave Casion to the position of chief information officer. The New York-based company said the newly created position is designed to respond to the company’s recent growth, which has been positive for 16 consecutive quarters.

“Kanoodle.com’s growth has made it necessary to expand our IT management team. David’s solid understanding of the Sun operating system, Oracle databases and Dell Web servers makes him the best candidate for the job,” said Carin Obad, chief operating officer at Kanoodle.com.

Casion has been a member of the Kanoodle.com IT team for two years. In his new position, Casion will be responsible for the speed, performance and reliability of the company’s applications and equipment.
