February 26, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Jupiter Media Corporation (jupitermedia.com) said this week it had purchased

a 49.9 per cent interest in the trade show ISPCON (ispcon.com) from The

Golden Group, Inc. of Golden, Colorado. ISPCON, now in its 10th year, is the
r
largest conference and expo serving the Service Provider industry, which
r
includes both wired and wireless Internet Service Providers, Web hosts,
r
competitive carriers and data communications firms. The Golden Group, Inc.
r
will continue to manage the operations of ISPCON. The 10th annual ISPCON
r
trade show takes place April 23-25, 2003 at the Baltimore Marriott
r
Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland. Jupitermedia will provide marketing,
r
sales and other event support. The financial terms of the deal were not
r
disclosed.

numerous subject related Web sites, e-mail newsletters and ISP-Discussion
r
Lists, so having a trade show and conference in this field was a natural
r
business strategy for us to follow,” stated Alan M. Meckler, Chairman and
