J.M. Huber Picks AT&T Hosting

February 9, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Telecommunications carrier AT&T (att.com) announced on Wednesday that J.M. Huber Corp., a provider of engineered materials and natural resources and technology-based services provider, has chosen AT&T to provide a managed hosting solution that merges operations from two company-owned data centers into a single AT&T Internet data center.

Under the terms of the $2.5 million, three-year agreement, AT&T will host and provide complete monitoring of Huber’s critical online applications at AT&T’s Atlanta-area IDC. The AT&T solution supports Huber’s application networking requirements, enabling the company’s data center personnel to concentrate solely on applications development, instead of data center maintenance and management.
