ISS Names VP of Corporate Marketing

August 30, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — IT security provider Internet Security Systems (iss.net) announced on Monday it has appointed Peter Evans as vice president of corporate marketing.

Evans will lead channel and direct marketing activities for all ISS security solutions, focusing mainly on the company’s strategic marketing for business expansion. He will also play a significant role in communicating ISS’ position in the Internet security threat market.

Evans has more than 17 years of product and corporate marketing and business development experience. He most recently served as chief marketing officer and vice president of business development at wireless security monitoring provider AirDefense.
