Intermedia Offers Resellers Exchange
July 17, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Exchange hosting and Web hosting provider Intermedia (intermedia.net) announced on Monday it has launched an instant private label Exchange hosting program.
Intermedia says its private label Exchange hosting program enables Web hosts, IT resellers and consultants to start selling Microsoft Exchange hosting instantly, branded as their own offering. The program allows immediate entry into this market without spending the upfront investment on hardware, software, staff and training required to deploy in-house Exchange offerings.
“Due to its high cost and complexity, building a hosted Exchange solution is something that many IT service providers are unable to do,” says Serguei Sofinski, CEO of Intermedia. “Through private label Exchange hosting, these companies can profit from the growing Exchange hosting market. It instantly gives them an unbeatable Exchange offering to resell, with no time-to-market and almost no risk on their part.”
Resellers can sign up online for free and immediately begin to resell enterprise-class hosted Exchange offering, running on an EMC SAN and clustered servers. The service is completely brandable, so it is not apparent to customers that it is Intermedia providing service. It includes an advanced control panel, so resellers can customize with colors, fonts and their own logos, as well as full support documentation and a suite of brandable marketing materials to boost sales from the outset.
