InstaCarma Customer Support Hires New Trainer/Manager

Basil is joining InstaCarma after four years in a similar role at AOL, providing English training to US customer service representatives in India.

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Outsourced web hosting support and server management services provider InstaCarma (www.instacarma.com) has appointed Basil Jacobs manager of English language training and communications, where he will heading the company’s English training programs for employees, providing cultural training, teaching employees country specific idioms and mainly US and British slang words.

According to InstaCarma’s Friday announcement, Basil has more than two decades of international business experience, which will help improve the customer service skills of InstaCarma employees. He will also perform quality assurance by checking for English language usage and customer service quality in support replies.
