June 15, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed hosting provider INetU (inetu.com) announced on Friday that customers have given the company a 96 percent satisfaction rating on its annual client satisfaction survey.
INetU says that although it sees this number as an impressive level of satisfaction, it hopes to satisfy 100 percent of its clients in the following years. The company says it uses this information to improve INetU’s services. The survey also revealed that 97 percent of clients were highly satisfied with the services INetU currently offered and felt that they met their business’ needs.
“We are honored that our clients have given us such high marks,” says Dev Chanchani, president of INetU managed hosting. “Ninety-six percent of our clients have said, through an independent third party survey, that INetU exceeds their expectations three years running providing great service is our number one priority and we are honored that our clients recognize that is what they are receiving. We will continue to strive toward making that number 100 percent by innovating and delivering the best service in the complex managed hosting market.”
INetU recently announced that it has added Red Hat Linux 5 support, providing Web hosting clients with increased flexibility, improved security and performance.
