December 21, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider INetU Managed Hosting (inetu.net) announced that it will launch its new client support center on December 27.
The new support center is designed to provide INetU customers with an improved managed hosting experience.
It includes a range of new features such as a new user interface, record of customer tickets, improved access to monitoring and performance trending data, simplified bandwidth summary and a log of client server hardware.
INetU has also enhanced the interface for its server notes system. The company have also made improvements to the front page of its website and My Account, Support and Resources features.
