November 9, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data security and compliance solutions provider Imperva (imperva.com) announced on Friday that it will be holding a Webinar about the steps its customer, e-commerce software solution provider MarketLive (marketlive.com), took to achieve PCI compliance.
Imperva says that as the June 2008 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard deadline approaches, many organizations are still struggling to meet its compliance requirements. In this Webinar, MarketLive will explain the road it took to meet the PCI DSS requirements. Barak Engel, chief security officer of MarketLive, will discuss the specific steps his organization implemented to achieve Level 2 certification using an external qualified security assessor.
Imperva’s CTO Amichai Shulman will also present live demos and mitigation techniques for defending against the leading application security attacks including cross site scripting, cross site request forgery and SQL injections.
