(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider HostNine (www.hostnine.com) announced on Wednesday it has named Geoff Crump the company’s customer service department.
He brings more than 16 years of customer service experience to HostNine.
Crump previously served as director of customer relations at FastServers.net.
As customer service manager, Crump’s responsibilities will include managing employee-customer interactions through helpdesk, live chat, and telephone, introducing techniques to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback, and developing and implementing strategic change.

In November, the company re-launched its website to represent its new focus on enhanced customer support and simplified service level agreements.
