Managed cloud services provider HOSTING has named co-founder Joel Daly CEO. Daly will replace HOSTING co-founder Art Zeile who has stepped down from the CEO role this week.
The company offers compliant healthcare cloud services, cloud hosting and professional services across six global locations.
Zeile served as HOSTING CEO since June 2008. He is stepping down from an active leadership role, according to the company. HOSTING also named Bill Santos as its president of sales and marketing. Santos has been with the company since 2011, and is expected to be “instrumental in the continued rollout of the HOSTING Unified Cloud.”
“On behalf of both our 400 employees and our 2000+ customers, I thank and honor Art Zeile for establishing a solid foundation for continued growth,” Joel Daly, CEO said in a statement. “I am excited to lead HOSTING as we build out our delivery of top-level compliant solutions and support across the Unified Cloud of AWS, Azure and other leading public and private platforms.”
Since September Zeile has served on the board of directors of Cheddar Up, a Denver-based startup that automates group payments and forms. He serves on several other board of directors as well.
“Each week brings more evidence of enterprises embracing multiple cloud platforms simultaneously,” said Phil Shih, CEO of Structure Research. “HOSTING pioneered this category launching managed Azure services and continues to innovate in this high growth industry with its uniquely positioned ability to deliver ‘unified’ managed services.”
