Host Virtual Expands Cloud Platform with New Location in Seattle

Cloud hosting and web hosting provider Host Virtual announced on Thursday it has opened its 15th cloud location in Seattle, Washington.

This marks the second cloud location Host Virtual has announced in just over a week, following the opening of its new cloud data center location in Denver, Colorado.

The cloud location opening continues to build on Host Virtual’s aggressive cloud expansion strategy. The past year has seen Host Virtual expand its cloud to Hong Kong, India, San Jose, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Virginia, New York, and London.

“We’re pleased to launch our fifteenth cloud location in Seattle, Washington,” said Sandy Bhargavi, senior vice president of Host Virtual. “Seattle really rounds out our cloud connectivity and brings us closer to our goal of being within 20ms of any customer.”

The Host Virtual cloud allows customers to quickly deploy over 300 Linux, FreeBSD, VOIP and Hosting appliances, with native dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 support to any of its 15 worldwide locations.

Host Virtual provides managed cloud hosting, dedicated private/public clouds, white-label cloud solutions and consulting.

The hosting provider operates dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 IaaS clouds worldwide, while its customers can deploy Linux, VOIP or FreeBSD servers to any location within minutes.

Host Virtual customers can deploy to any of its cloud locations with unlimited usage for a flat monthly fee starting at under $10 per month.
